dodocs.ai — TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 Startup Battlefield 200

TechCrunch has named dodocs.ai to the Startup Battlefield 200 for Disrupt 2026. Out of thousands of applications, 200 companies were selected to exhibit — across healthtech, industrials, SaaS, defense, sustainability and more. We're one of them.

You can see the full list in TechCrunch's announcement.

The short version dodocs.ai is 1 of 200 startups in the TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 Startup Battlefield. We're exhibiting October 13–15 at Moscone West in San Francisco, and we'd like to see you there.

Why this one matters to us

Startup Battlefield is where Dropbox, Cloudflare, Mint, Fitbit and Trello all launched. That is good company, and we don't take the invitation lightly.

But the reason we applied is narrower than the prestige. Accounting operations is not a category that gets much stage time. The work we automate — chasing a vendor for a missing invoice, pulling line items off a 40-page distributor statement, matching a bank feed, coding an expense and posting it to QuickBooks — is invisible until it breaks, and then it consumes a finance team's entire month-end. Getting to describe that problem to a room full of investors and operators, with the product running next to us, is worth more to us than a trophy.

What we'll actually be doing at the booth

No slide deck. Every demo is the live product against real documents, end to end, in about four minutes:

  • Collect. Invoices, receipts and statements arrive on their own — from email, from client portals, from uploads. Nobody chases a vendor by hand.
  • Extract. SKUs, pack sizes, catch weights and folded-in discount lines off a real distributor invoice. Not just a total in the right box.
  • Reconcile. Bring a bank statement. We'll import it and reconcile it against the ledger while you watch.
  • Post. Coded, approved and published to QuickBooks — with the exceptions, and only the exceptions, escalated to a human.

If you run books for anyone, bring your messiest month. That is a genuine invitation, and it is the demo we most want to give.
